Dance Classes Pay Off!

Aside from having fun on the dance floor, dance is a great form of exercise-- it is a great way to build cardio fitness, tone your body, develop core strength and multiply your brain cells.  Burn from 300-500 Calories and experience the joy of moving to some really great music!  Dance: a natural, universal language of movement.
